Journey Quest is located at the Texas Creek junction, just west of the junction of U.S. Hwy 50 and Colorado Hwy 69. Trips from this location are by appointment only, so don't worry if you get there early and there is no one is there yet. Please note that there no cell service at this location.

Good to know
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your trip to check-in at our rafting office.
A waiver is required for each member of your party. Prior to your trip, please complete your waivers online here: https://journeyquest.org/waivers
You may need to click "Adjust Search Filter" and select the date of your reservation. Then look for the party leader's name on the reservation list.
There is no need to bring printed tickets or waivers with you to Journey Quest. We look forward to meeting you!
PLEASE NOTE: You have booked at trip departing from our Texas Creek location, which is most convenient if you're coming from Cotopaxi, Salida, or Westcliffe. The same rafting trip is available from our Royal Gorge location, which is about 20-25 minutes closer to Canon City, Colorado Springs, Denver, or Pueblo. Please contact us if you would like to switch to the Canon City location.

Journey Quest - Texas Creek Rafting Office
Strap on a PFD and helmet, then take on Colorado's Arkansas river with one of Journey Quest's well-trained, professional guides! You'll navigate iconic rapids such as Three Rocks, Spikebuck, and Shark’s Tooth. During the calmer sections in-between rapids, be on the lookout for Bighorn Sheep and waterfowl that populate the landscape. Take a swim at a riverside swimming beach, or take a leap off a rock into the river at Double-Dip. This trip is Journey Quest's most popular beginner-intermediate trip that is perfect for families and groups.
